Our client contacted us for the installation service only since the client had purchased their own material. On this particular project we removed the glue left by the prior floor. In addition the floor was leveled and concrete cracks repaired. This project was done in 1 day.

Refinished Oak Flooring- This project required some repairs throughout the living and hallway area. The project was completed with the application of 3 coats of Bona Mega waterborne finish. Please note the mix of both red and white oak giving it a very distinctive look.

Laminate flooring was installed throughout the house with the exception of the kitchen and bathrooms. New baseboard molding was also painted and installed in the entire house. The same type of flooring installed throughout the house gives it a nice flow and cohesion.

Oak sanded and refinished

Two new sections of the floor were installed to extend it to the base of the floor heater and into the closet. It was then sanded and stained with a waterborne finish.

October 30, 2015 Project

Completed the refinish of 1300 sq. ft. in 4 days. The project included sanding and refinishing the living room and 4 bedrooms. Two restrooms were also upgraded from linoleum to vinyl planks resembling hardwood floors and the base board molding was also replaced throughout the house.

October 20 , 2015 Project

Installed about 400 sq. ft. distressed laminate flooring and baseboard molding.

White Oak Floor Refinish

Project Started on 08/17/2015 and completed on 08/20/2015.

Removed carpet and about 200 sq. ft. of plywood in order to be able to install new floor in adjacent room. Matched new flooring to existing flooring. Total square footage of new flooring was about 200 sq. ft. and total refinish project was about 600 sq. ft.

High Visibility Stair

Please note the stair nosing has been custom stained to provide a high degree of visibility for safety purposes. The darker tone on the stair nosing from the stair treads makes each step clearly visible.
